Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews top post-BBL workouts
An all-new video showcase from Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews several of the best post-surgery exercises to undertake following a Brazilian butt lift.
The Brazilian butt lift is currently one of the most in-demand cosmetic surgery procedures in America. According to industry experts, the number of patients seeking BBLs has increased by approximately 25 percent annually for the last three years or more. With this in mind, Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews a number of the top post-surgery workouts for those who’ve undergone the procedure.
Among the best post-BBL workouts are reported to be lateral quick steps, the crab walk, and hip bridges. Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews these and several others in a video recently posted to the famous Miami-based clinic’s popular YouTube channel.
Now with thousands of subscribers and hundreds of thousands of views, Seduction Cosmetic Center CEO Gretel Jardon is joined in the video by personal trainer Ralph Chima. “Make sure you consult with your doctor before undertaking any post-BBL exercises,” explains Chima, kicking off the clip. He does so as Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews a helpful variety of the best workouts for those who’ve recently undergone the increasingly popular procedure.
All you need to complete any of the exercises that Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews in the video are a set of exercise bands and a yoga mat. For all of these exercises, the band should be placed around the thighs, just above the knees, as Jardon and Chima demonstrate.
The first exercise to be highlighted is lateral quick steps. Personal trainer Ralph recommends that all exercises be timed. “Set a timer on your phone and focus on breathing rather than repetitions,” he suggests. For lateral quick steps, keep your hands on your hips and suck in your belly button, he says, which works the glutes.
The second post-BBL exercise that Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews is the quick front step-up. This works the quads and hamstrings and is said to be a perfect workout to follow the aforementioned lateral quick steps.
Next, the crab walk, which, as Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews, forms part of a trio of related exercises. To complete the crab walk, squat down and move from side to side while slowly also moving forward. This works the glutes. This should then be followed by the reverse crab walk for a great hip workout, staying low and taking small steps. Wrap up this part of the process with a fifth exercise – the lateral crab walk, Chima advises.
The personal trainer’s sixth highlighted exercise is hip bridges – a workout, he claims, that’s even more important than squats. “Lay down flat on your back with your legs a little further than shoulder-width apart,” says the expert. “With your heels as close as you can to your butt, raise your hips, squeeze your glutes, hold for a second, then slowly go back down, squeezing your core at the same time,” he further explains.
Hip bridges can then be followed by a series of traditional squats. “Again, with your feet shoulder-width apart, take a nice deep breath before you go down,” says Ralph. “Put all of your weight on your heels, hold your breath as you squat, and exhale as you stand back up,” he adds, concluding Seduction Cosmetic Center’s review of its top post-BBL workouts.
According to Seduction Cosmetic Center, a BBL is the only procedure of its kind that uses patients’ own fat deposits to achieve the shape of their dreams. The results are both natural in feel and appearance, the clinic reports. To find out more, head to the Seduction Cosmetic Center website or search online for Seduction Cosmetic Center reviews.
